Our goal is to sell high quality products from reputable companies. If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from Pendulum Express, you can return the item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange on the cost of that product. Please note that shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable. We regret that we are unable to accept returns of special order items.
